Forgetting removes a note from AI recall and saved answers that used it. With vault writing enabled, an unchanged Markdown copy moves to .trash. Externally changed files are preserved and excluded from recall. Original captures and backups remain separate.

Sign-in passkeys
Sign in to this workspace with Face ID, Touch ID, or a security key instead of the owner token. Phones, Watch, and computer connectors keep their own scoped tokens.
AI connection
Checking your connection…
Use your Codex subscription for questions, summaries, and agent reasoning. Still checks file permissions before every operation. This uses your existing Codex allowance.
Other connections
Your existing API settings stay on the server. Switching connections never copies your Codex sign-in into an API key.
Markdown knowledge vault
A dedicated folder you can open directly in Obsidian. No community plugin required.
Checking vault…
This is the folder on the computer running Still. Obsidian edits sync back every five seconds while Still is running. No existing personal vault is connected.
Import copies selected files into Inbox. Writing applies only to this dedicated folder. Agent workspace grants remain read-only. Pausing sync keeps already saved knowledge available in Still.
Calendar snapshots & email drafts
Import an .ics calendar snapshot and grant selected agents read access. Drafts stay in Still until you download them. For live sync, connect selected resources in Accounts.
Backups & recovery
Portable backups include notes, knowledge, original attachments, meetings, projects, routines, calendar snapshots, drafts, reminders, preferences, and workflows. Credentials and grants are excluded.
Offsite backups
Encrypted copies of the whole server, sent to S3-compatible storage such as DigitalOcean Spaces. The Codex sign-in is excluded. Keep a copy of the backup key in your password manager.
